Supplemental secretarial training and four (4) years of increasing secretarial experience required including two (2) years experience in an administrative office. 4. Current DMV Printout: Drivers Record Request (obtainable from dmv.ca.gov-must be dated within the last 30 days) 5. Valid First Aid and CPR Certification required: NO online courses; NO BLS (basic life support) cards* *can upload proof of registration in an upcoming, in-person CPR/First Aid class in lieu of card 6. Typing Test: adjusted/net speed 60wpm minimum on a 3-5 minute test (results must show name, WPM results and length of test) - online tests accepted 7. Transcripts (if applicable) All applicants encouraged to review the attached job description for minimum qualifications. Must meet minimum qualifications to be considered.
