DCP was the first charter school in Silicon Valley and currently operates one high school and two middle schools in San Jose, CA. DCP currently serves students in grades 5-12. Job Summary

The Support Staff is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe campus, deliver first class customer service to all constituents in the building, including but not limited to students, parents, staff, and visitors. The Support Staff gracefully juggles any number of key tasks. The Support Staff works with Site Management Team to maintain a space that is productive and conducive to a college prep environment. The Support Staff thrives on diverse responsibilities and works closely with the School Operations Manager to manage and improve site operations in coordination with the Central Office. The successful candidate will respond quickly to campus issues, take initiative, become familiar with the DCP Student Handbook and Site Safety Plans and have the ability to coach students to take pride in their environment. The Support Staff is highly dependable, discreet, able to adapt to continuously changing tasks/environment, collaborative and highly detail oriented.
