Plan, organize, and direct the development of the District's budgets; maintain budgetary control and monitoring procedures; conduct current and long- range budget development planning; provide overall direction and supervision of the Fiscal and Accounting Services; provide fiscal information and analysis for use by various administrators; and coordinate budget and fiscal functions for school and departments.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or related field with significant coursework in accounting. • MBA, CPA or related master's degree preferred. • Five years experience in public school business services and/or related field. • Knowledge of California School Accountability Manual, California Education Code, governmental budget, accounting and fiscal principles and practices; and accounting and auditing procedures.
