- CPR/First Aid Certification (Possession of, or ability to obtain First Aid and CPR Certificates)
- Driver's License Copy (Possession of, or the ability to obtain, an appropriate valid California Driver's License.)
- Resume (Current Resume to include experience in working with youth in organized settings.)
