Los Gatos-Saratoga Union High School District (LGSUHSD) is seeking two Human Resources Specialists to join our team! Nestled in the foothills of the South Bay, LGSUHSD is home to two high schools with approximately 3,200 students. Often named in the top 3 public school districts in California, LGSUHSD boasts award-winning schools and programs, creative and innovative students, dedicated and experienced staff, and an incredibly supportive community. Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Specialist provides support for the delivery of human resource services with specific responsibility for maintaining district personnel records; addressing a variety of issues and/or providing general support; and assisting in ensuring that department functions are performed in compliance with all district and state requirements. Candidates with strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality are highly desired.
