Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Fiscal Services or his/her designee, perform a variety of technical accounting duties in support of accounts payable functions; prepare, maintain, audit and verify accounts payable warrants and supporting documents; process, evaluate and assure accuracy of invoices; prepare and maintain related manual and automated records and reports; review, evaluate and adjust related accounts; respond to inquiries regarding vendor payments.

Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by college-level coursework in accounting or related field and two years clerical accounting experience including work with accounts payable functions.
