Ensure that students have a safe and effective learning experience while the regular teacher is absent. Responsibilities include: Keeping students engaged and on task Implementing the lesson plans left by the regular teacher Ensuring the classroom is a safe and positive place for learning Leaving notes and feedback for the regular teacher Completing any assigned tasks outside of the classroom
Requirements / Qualifications
Complete application, cover letter and resume. Fingerprint and TB clearance prior to employment. Valid California Teaching Credential, Substitute Teaching Permit, or out of state equivalent.
