Central Union HSD is looking for a motivated individual to join our transportation department as a Bus Driver Trainer/Bus Driver. The ideal candidate will have great organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, have good attendance and a friendly demeanor, and align with the District's core values of honesty, integrity and respect.. Under general supervision of the Transportation Supervisor plans and conducts school bus driver training and retraining programs including classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction; maintains accurate training and related records; drives a school bus over designated routes and special trips; performs Transportation Supervisor duties in his/her absence; performs other related work as directed.

• Valid Class A or B Drivers License • Have or be able to obtain a California Special Driver Certificate • Valid First Aid/CPR Certification • 5 years driving experience as a Bus Driver
