Job Summary

The job of Paraprofessional I is done for the purpose/s of providing support to the educational process within assigned classroom or fine arts settings with specific responsibility for working with individual and/or small groups of students; delivering group and individual student instruction within established curriculum/program guidelines; collaborating with other teachers, other professional staff, and administrators in addressing instructional and/or classroom issues; monitoring and reporting student progress regarding behavior and performance; and providing clerical support to teacher/s and staff.
