Job Summary

Central Union High School District is looking for a dependable, highly motivated individual to join our team. This is an on-call position. Dates and times may vary, as needed. The requirements for this position are: Any education combination equivalent to completion of the tenth grade. One year of experience in general construction and building maintenance; one year of experience in grounds maintenance or gardening. Possession of a valid California driver’s license. The ideal candidate will have the following traits: a proven record of good attendance and punctuality, able to work independently, can learn quickly, has initiative, good communication skills, and aligns with the District's core values of honesty, integrity, and respect. Under general supervision, to perform a variety of tasks in the maintenance and repair of structures, related physical facilities, and equipment; and to perform grounds maintenance, gardening work; and to do related work as required.
