Copy of Transcript (Degree or unofficial copy of transcript showing a minimum of completing 48 college units. If you have neither, you will be contacted by Human Resources to complete the Paraeducator proficiency exam. 3. One Letters of Recommendation (Must be signed and dated within 12 months of this posting) OR list a minimum of two professional references on your application If you are in need of assistance, please call the EdJoin Help Desk at 888-900-8945. Only those applicants who submit completed applications will be contacted by Human Resources and invited to the next step of the process. Candidates will be paper screened and must pass our district proficiency assessment or provide proof of having completed 48 college units prior to being selected. You will not need to retest if you have passed the test at one of the following districts: Newport Mesa Unified School District, Huntington Beach Union High School District, Ocean View School District, Fountain Valley School District, Westminster School District.
