The Vacancy: There is one, 3.75 hours a day, part-time, school year, permanent position at an Elementary School site. This recruitment will also be used to create an eligibility list, and to meet the District's need for substitute and temporary employees to fill vacancies for up to six months. The Position: Under general supervision, to supervise students during non-instructional periods and to perform a variety of basic clerical duties, such as, answer phones, greeting visitors, and other routine related duties.

Required Qualifications: Experience in organizing and participating in group social or recreational activities of children is highly desirable as is experience performing basic clerical duties. Volunteer and other non-paid experience is acceptable. Possession of a valid First Aide/CPR training certificate is required. Selection Procedure: The selection process will consist of a written exam and a qualifications appraisal interview each weighted 50%.
