- Bachelors Degree in computer science or related technical field or any combination equivalent to a Bachelors degree in microcomputer and network systems. - Additional experience may substitute for some higher education. - 3 to 5 years experience in network operations, network administration and personal computer support, including management of a team of technical staff. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent certification preferred.
