WSD is seeking Substitute Teachers with a passion and experience in the Visual and Performing Arts. Our VAPA program allows students at various school sites the opportunity to take instruction in music, voice and theater. At times, our regular teachers may be absent and an ideal substitute candidate would have the skills to continue with the VAPA lesson plans. Please include with your application a description of your experience in working in the visual and performing arts; ideally with a diverse group of young learners.
Requirements / Qualifications
Teaching Credential (minimum 30-day substitute permit) Proof of CBEST or equivalent Social Security Card State ID Proof of current negative TB test or TB risk assessment Description of VAPA experience
