CREDENTIALS REQUIRED: A valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential - Dance or valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential - Physical Education (if issued prior to January 1, 2022)

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: All required documents MUST be scanned and attached prior to submitting an application for this position. Incomplete applications will not be considered. 1. Applicants must have an English Language Learners (CLAD credential) in order to be considered for the position. 2. Copy of valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential - Dance or valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential - Physical Education (if issued prior to January 1, 2022). 3. Copy of Transcript (Official transcripts are required upon hiring). 4. Current resume 5. Letter of introduction, addressed to Dr. Kelly Burke, Director of Human Resources. 6. Three (3) letters of reference, signed/dated within the past 12 months. Applicants are encouraged to include at least one (1) letter of reference from a supervising or site administrator. Applicants who have never held a full-time position, are encouraged to have a letter of reference from a site administrator where they completed their student teaching. 7. For phone references, be sure to include the reference's most current cell phone number and email address. 8.
