GATEWAY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT CLASSIFIED VACANCY: GROUP LEADER - S.A.I.L.S. After School Program Buckeye School of the Arts Grand Oaks Elementary School Shasta Lake School Monday - 1 p.m. - 6 p.m. Tuesday - Friday - 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. **Times may vary due to minimum day scheduling** ~ The number of staff is based on program needs ~ SALARY: $17.52 - $23.57 per/hr Range A (Includes vacation factor) 182 workdays (14 District paid holidays) Applicant must possess the ability to lead a group of 15 - 20 students in homework assistance, enrichment and recreation activities in an after school environment. Applicant must meet the requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act. Applicant must possess an AA Degree (or) have 48 semester units of college coursework (or) have passed the Paraprofessional Exam to qualify. **Proof of meeting these requirements MUST BE ATTACHED TO APPLICATION. Applications must be submitted online through the EdJoin website at www.edjoin.org. PROCEDURE: The selection process will include an appraisal of individual applications and personal resumes. Candidates receiving the highest ratings will be selected for interview. (Only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted).
