Oak Grove School District has a total student enrollment of approximately 8,690 from grades TK-8. There are 15 elementary schools and 3 intermediate schools. The primary purpose of this position is to provide specialized one-on-one services to an individual special education student. The assistant will be responsible for assisting a certificated teacher by providing instructional support and childcare activities as prescribed. Employees in this classification receive direct to general supervision from a certificated teacher within a well-defined framework of policies and procedures.
Requirements / Qualifications
High School diploma, plus either AA or higher degree, or 48 college units, or have passed the No Child Left Behind exam Valid CPR/FIRST AID
