Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, or a related field. • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in California Public School District Human Resources or a closely related field • Prior experience working with California State teaching and service credentials and extensive public contact preferred. • Experience in education administration or working within education institutions is preferred. • Proficiency in human resource information systems; Galaxy experience preferred. • Must possess an appropriate, valid California Driver’s License and access to private transportation.
