You must complete the application employment history and include experience working with adolescents in an organized setting whether paid or unpaid. High School Varsity experience or College or Minor League experience preferred. Must have experience working with adolescents in an organized setting. Must be knowledgeable in the care and prevention of athletic injuries, basic sports first aid and emergency procedures. Must be competent in child or adolescent psychology as it relates to sports participation. Must know, or demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn all CIF rules and/or Federation rules pertaining to the sport. Must have knowledge of team rules and regulations. Experience in posted sport preferred.
