Experience working with diverse student populations, particularly those who may face barriers to success, with a focus on anti-bias practices. Strong understanding of equity, inclusion, and cultural responsiveness in education, with a commitment to addressing systemic biases. Knowledge of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and its implementation in educational settings. Experience in designing and facilitating DEI training sessions or workshops. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making. Commitment to promoting dignity, respect, belonging, and anti-bias practices for all students.
