Detailed valid California Credential - MUST include document title, document number, issuance and expiration date, authorization and renewal requirements. The unofficial certificate will not be accepted.

1. Letter of Introduction - Current and applicable to position for which you apply. 2. Resume - Current and applicable to position for which you apply. 3. Detailed Credential Copy - Valid California Teaching Credential(s) with authorizing instruction in Art OR Multiple Subject credential with supplementary authorization in Art, including English Language Learners Authorization. Must include expiration date and authorizations. Must be print out from the CTC showing all authorizations and expiration dates. 4. Copy of transcripts - Readable copies of your BA/BS transcripts and beyond. 5. Letters of Reference - Two (2) current, dated and hand signed letters of reference from within the last 12 months. At least one letter of recommendation has to be written by a current administrator/supervisor.

  • Credential Copy (Valid California single-subject teaching credential authorizing instruction in Art or Multiple Subject Credential with supplementary authorization in Art including English Language Learner Authorization with expiration dates.
