Under the supervision of Career Technical Education and High School Administration, the Food Service and Hospitality instructor provides rigorous and relevant instruction aligned to industry and state standards in order for all students to graduate with 21st Century college and career ready skills.

- A valid California Designated Subjects Career Technical Education (CTE) Teaching Credential with a designation in Hospitality, Tourism, and Recreation OR a Recommendation Letter from an approved Local Education Agency. -Possession of a valid California driver’s license -Possession of a Bachelor’s degree -Passage of CBEST and/or District Proficiency required (To be scheduled if not completed)
-Completed application and materials submitted online at www.teachinla.com -Letter of intent -Copy of current resume with references -Copy of valid California CTE teaching credential(s) OR eligibility to apply with CCTC
