Job Summary
This position is a six (6) hour a day position that combines two different job classifications; ASB Clerk at three (3) hours and School Support Secretary II at three (3) hours. The School Support Secretary II hours will be supporting the Athletic Director with athletic clearances, scheduling & contracts, transportation, eligibility and purchase requests. The ASB Clerk hours will be supporting the Associated Student Body in relation to funds collected for dances, fundraisers, events and athletic home contests and supports the PE department with uniform ordering and collecting funds.

Letter of Introduction Three (3) Letter of Recommendation
High school graduate and three years of increasingly responsible secretarial and clerical experience and comparable experience of receiving and processing cash receipts, deposits, ledger maintenance, and other related accounting experience.
