1) PPS Credential authorizing service as a School Counselor (REQUIRED: provide the detailed copy specifically reflecting the authorization of "School Counselor" - the document must be current and reflect eff/exp dates) 2) Current Resume 3) Transcripts - BA/BS degree and beyond 4) CBEST or BSR equivalency as approved by CTC.
