CUHSD has established Central Union Virtual Academy to accommodate students who prefer a distance learning environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring teacher to join our team to provide instruction virtually, in small group, one-on-one and occasionally in a classroom setting. This position will work closely with parents and students to develop individualized learning plans based on students' present skill levels and academic goals. Constant communication and documenting student progress is required . We're looking for an individual who will put students' needs first; who will work toward our mission and vision of preparing students for college and/or career; and who share in our core values of honesty, integrity and respect. CA Teaching Credential Required Single Subject in Core Academic Area Preferred Bilingual Skills (English/Spanish) Preferred
