To learn more, please continue reading about this posted opportunity. Summary of Duties: The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional certified in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in delivering behavior-analytic services and practice under the direction and close supervision of a certificated team member that holds a BCBA certification, who are responsible for all work RBTs perform. RBTs work with students who demonstrate behavior that impacts their education and are supported via an Individualized Education Program (IEP). Support services include student observations and consultation with a certificated team member that holds a BCBA certification.

REGISTERED BEHAVIOR CERTIFICATE AND CURRENT FIRST AID AND CPR CERTIFICATES ARE REQUIRED AT TIME OF APPOINTMENT.

- Copy of Transcript (College Coursework) OR Other (Associate's Degree or higher)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (No online CPR Certificate will be accepted.)
- Proof of HS Graduation

OPEN CONTINUOUSLY-Open to all qualified candidates with the selection process resulting in an Eligibility List that will be used to fill current vacancies, provide substitutes and any future vacancies that occur within one (1) year.
SPECIAL INFORMATION: Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a drug test, TB test, fingerprinting and physical exam. The physical and drug screen are paid by the District. The candidate's portion of the fingerprinting fee is $40.00.
All properly completed applications will be reviewed and the most highly qualified individuals will be invited to continue in the selection process. The process may consist of an evaluation and scoring of application materials, written testing, oral interview and/or performance test to evaluate the applicant’s skill, training and experience.
