The Baldwin Park Unified School District is seeking an Early Childhood Education Supervisor. Under the direction of the Program Manager of Early Childhood Education, the Early Childhood Education Supervisor ensures compliance with local, state, and Federal guidelines related to the daily operations of Early Childhood Education programs. This position also assists in managing, evaluating, coordinating, and monitoring early childhood education programs and staff (see job description for full details). QUALIFICATIONS Education: -Master’s Degree from an accredited educational institution with major work in Human Development/Child Development or related field. -A California Child Development Program Director Permit issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Experience: -Three or more years of teaching experience in early childhood education. -Two or more years supervisory experience. REQUIRED LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATES -Possession of a valid California driver’s license, have an acceptable driving record, and qualify for insurability. -A current physical exam report; must be provided prior to the beginning date of employment.

PREFERENCE: -Federal or State funded preschool experience desired.
