OPENING DETAILS: -Monday - Friday, 6.5 hours per day (.8125 FTE) -Work hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, including 30 min unpaid lunch -Location: Burbank High School - Salary Range: 37 ** Employees new to the District will begin at Step 1. Exceptions based on relevant experience pending approval. ** BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, provide language development instruction to individual or small groups of English Language Learners at elementary/secondary level; monitor and report student progress regarding behavior and performance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school or high school equivalency and one year of experience working with school age children. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Successful completion of the State-mandated proficiency examination.

  • Proof of HS Graduation (Copy of GED/HS diploma or HS transcripts with graduation date/ or copy of degree or transcripts with date degree awarded)
