This position will have an emphasis on Math and English Language Arts for Lucerne Valley Middle School and Mountain View High School. This role focuses on improving student outcomes through fostering a collaborative and innovative learning environment. Instructional Specialists are focused on providing practical strategies and best practices for increasing student engagement and learning. They will demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to student, teacher and school needs and engage in collaborative conversations to help refine the instructional program and identify supports. Works with teachers both one-on-one and in small groups to provide student support, guidance, and resources as needed. Requirements / Qualifications 1. California Teaching Credential- Multiple Subject or Single Subject 2. English Learner Authorization 3. Letter of Introduction 4. Current Resume 5. Copy of Credential 6. Copies of Transcripts 7. Three letters of reference signed and dated within the last two years.
