1. Associate’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or Technical training. Equivalent work experience or other professional technical qualifications as listed below. 2. Four or more years of experience troubleshooting hardware, software and networking in a multi-user, multi – OS environment. 3. Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a multi-user, multi – OS environment preferred. 4. Practical experience in lieu of formal education will be considered. 5. Significant VoIP telephone, Virtual Server and Enterprise systems support highly desirable. 6. Possession of one certification of the following professional certifications: A+, I+, N+, MCP, MCSE, or CCNA. 7. Valid California Driver’s License.
