Accreditation in Public Relations is desirable; • At least five (5) years’ experience performing professional-level duties in public information, public relations, or related media services demonstrating mastery of communications skills; • Any equivalent combination of training, education, and/or experience, at District’s discretion, that demonstrates the applicant likely to possess the required knowledge, skill, and ability to perform the job duties; • Experience in news reporting, writing for publications, photography, publication design and layout, power point presentations, and social media communication strategy is desirable; • At least two years successful administrative experience is preferred; • Experience working or volunteering in public schools is desirable; • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
