Appropriate credentials or permit issued by the Commission of Teacher Credentialing (CTC). Letter of Introduction dated within 2 years. Attach only the requested documents 30 Day Emergency Substitute Permit, or Multiple Subject or Single Subject Teaching Credential Applicants must have earned a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university/college and meet California's Commision on Credentialing requirements. CVUSD may assist applicants in obtaining a 30 Day Emergency Substitute Permit. Foreign Transcripts must be evaluated for US equivalency by an accredited and CTC approved transcript evaluator. One of the Three required references on your application must be from a past/present supervisor. Bachelors Degree is required to be eligible for a 30 Day Substitute Permit

Applicants selected to move forward will be required to submit:
Proof of a negative TB test completed no sooner than 60 days of hire date.
Pass a California Department of Justice & FBI Live Scan Criminal Background Check.
