Job Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Academic Officer or designee, the Instructional Coach will implement training and support curriculum in assigned subject areas, with emphasis in implementation of the California Content Standards. A stipend will be provided to any new fully credentialed teacher that signs a contract with the district and agrees to stay for a minimum of three (3) years. The stipend will be paid to the unit member in the following manner: a. $1,000 to be paid within 45 days after the first day of paid contracted service. b. $1,000 to be paid within 45 days after the first day of contractyed employment in the second year with the District. c. $1,000 to be paid within 45 days after the first day of contractyed employment in the third year with the District.

Qualification for employment includes completion of online training in the following areas: - Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Prevention - Mandated Reporter: Child Abuse & Neglect - Restraint and Seclusion - Sexual Harassment Prevention for Non-Managers - VIPS Very Important Points: New Employee Trainings - Workplace Violence: Awareness and Prevention - Youth Suicide: Awareness, Prevention and Postvention Upon offer of employment, candidates will receive information and directions regarding this training. Applicants must possess a valid California Clear teaching credential. Minimum of three years classroom teaching experience in PreK-12th grades.
