Requirements / Qualifications

Under the general direction of the Assistant Superintendent, Administrative Services, plans, directs, and coordinates the District’s maintenance, custodial, grounds, and student transportation functions; exercises responsibilities for the District’s emergency preparedness, safety, and security measures; assures efficient and cost-effective departmental operations; supervises and evaluates the performance of assigned personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS: Credential and/or License: Valid California Motor Vehicle Operator's License and be insurable by the District's insurance carrier at standard insurance rates Controlled Substance and Alcohol Testing Program For purpose of reasonable suspicion and post accident testing, a District employee in this position shall be treated as a covered employee whenever operating, about to operate, or having just completed operating any District vehicle or any vehicle for which the dDistrict pays the license fees. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience: Eight (8) years professional management experience with increasing amounts of responsibility in school business management, project management, and organizational planning required
