  • Credential Copy (Copy of valid California Teaching Credential)
  • Letter of Introduction (Letter of Intent addressed to: Dr. Issaic Gates, Deputy Superintendent of Human Resources)
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three letters of Recommendation)
  • Other (Copy of Master's Degree from an accredited college or university required)
  • Resume (Current Resume)
