It is the responsibility of each applicant to ensure that his/her application is properly submitted with ALL required documents. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Please do not include transcripts, CBEST scores, letters of recommendation, or any health certifications as we do not require them. No interviews will be scheduled until all requirements have been met and all required documents have been submitted.
- Credential Copy (Copy of Valid California Teaching Credential, Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit, or Emergency Substitute Teaching Permit for Prospective Teachers.)
- Fingerprint Clearance (Copy of Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance from Orange County Department of Education (A Certificate of Clearance is not valid for employment))
- Resume (Current Resume)
- TB Screening Result (Copy of TB Clearance Verification within the last 4 years)
