Job Summary
Under the direction of the Executive Cabinet member perform highly responsible and confidential secretarial and administrative assistant duties to support the Executive Cabinet member in a variety of administrative details; plan, prepare, organize, oversee, and participate in office operations related to assigned activities; serve as a liaison between the Executive Cabinet member and District personnel while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information.

Education and Experience: (1) High school graduation or equivalent and (2) Forty-eight (48) college level semester units, from an accredited college or university in business, administration, public relations, or related field and (3) Three (3) years of progressively responsible secretarial experience. Preferably in a public sector or educational environment. • One (1) additional year of experience may be substituted for the required forty-eight (48) college level semester units • Additional related education may be substituted on a year for year basis for a maximum of two (2) years of experience
