CUHSD is recruiting a Biology Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic and caring; who will put students' needs first; who will work toward our mission and vision of preparing students for college and/or career; who will invest the time necessary to meet the needs of students and parents; and who shares in our core values of honesty, integrity and respect. The ideal candidate will participate in extra-curricular activities to improve our school culture and to develop meaningful relationships with our students. Ideally, we are looking for a teacher who holds a Bilingual Authorization (BCLAD) to be able to teach 1 - 2 sections of Bilingual Biology. If not held at time of hire, willingness and to earn the bilingual authorization within the first year of employment is desirable.
