Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Special Education or other assigned supervisor, implementation of student behavior intervention plans, implementation of instructional and behavioral strategies, utilize data collection techniques, and work with general education teachers, special education teachers, site personnel, and others while working with students with disabilities.

Required Qualifications: • Any combination of experience and training which would indicate possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities listed herein. * A high school diploma. * Completion of two years of college or equivalent. * Two years’ experience working with students. * NCLB Compliance – Due to funding, all Behavior Intervention Facilitators must be No Child Left Behind (NCLB) compliant. * Must pass Paraprofessional Exam or have equivalence of two years college completion or AA degree. Licenses and other Requirements: Possess and maintain a valid Board-Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Valid California Driver’s License.
