Under minimal supervision to perform skilled work related to the installation, maintenance and repair of computer systems, mobile devices and software in a school setting.
Requirements / Qualifications
Job Duties (see complete job description): 1. Inspect, diagnose, repair, assemble, install and configure computers, mobile devices and related equipment 2. Install, maintain software and applications (push through) 3. Install patch cable or appropriate interface connections to network computers and mobile devices 4. Assist users in accessing and clarifying information in manuals and other forms of documentation along with serving as technical resource to other department staff 5. Perform skilled maintenance of audio/visual and other electronic equipment; align, adjust and calibrate equipment in accordance with specification; replace defective components and wiring 6. Collaborate with IT staff in scheduling services for site support (complete job description is attached)
Requirements/Qualifications 1. Experience & Education: High School Diploma or equivalency. Two (2) years of Informational Technology support, including some experience assisting in complex projects. 2. Licenses, Certifications and/or Testing: *Valid California Driver’s License *Valid Minimum Liability Car Insurance *Successfully pass District assessment All District employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment. Successful applicants for this position will be required to submit proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or request an exemption for qualifying medical or religious reasons during the onboarding process. Applicants should not present proof of vaccination until directed to do so by the District’s Human Resources Office.
