Under the direction of an assigned Director I, Supervisor, Coordinator or Manager, perform a variety of secretarial support functions in an assigned departmental office; relieve the supervisor of administrative details; organize and coordinate office activities and coordinate the flow of communications.

SCOE Classified EdJoin Application Qualifications are any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school, Passing a Stanislaus County Office of Education Exam: Substitute Clerical requires - Administrative Assistant II Exam and two years of general clerical experience, for all clerical assignments. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL APPLICANTS: Application will not be considered unless completed in full. If the application does not provide enough space for your work history, you may include an attachment with your additional work history information. MUST BE IN THE SAME FORMAT AS THE WORK HISTORY SECTION ON THE APPLICATION.
