Under the direction of an assigned Director I, Supervisor, Coordinator or Manager, perform a variety of secretarial support functions in an assigned departmental office; relieve the supervisor of administrative details; organize and coordinate office activities and coordinate the flow of communications.

SCOE Classified EdJoin Application Qualifications are any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school, Passing a Stanislaus County Office of Education Exam: Substitute Clerical requires - Administrative Assistant II Exam and two years of general clerical experience, for all clerical assignments. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL APPLICANTS: Application will not be considered unless completed in full. MUST BE IN THE SAME FORMAT AS THE WORK HISTORY SECTION ON THE APPLICATION.
