An Education Coordinator (EC) at Hickman Charter School is: *A credentialed teacher who serves homeschooled students and families. *A consultant and coach to the parenteducator and student to design and monitor educational goals aligned to California academic standards. *A member of a creative teaching team that plans and implements highquality instruction delivered through classes provided by HCS . *Experienced with a broad range of TK-8 curriculum and instructional options suitable to the independent study student in a homeschool setting. *One who thinks beyond the four walls of the classroom space when constructing educational plans. *A cooperative member of a collaborative team willing to tackle any job needed to advance the educational mission of Hickman Charter School.
