JOB REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Associate degree in information systems and two years of experience in IT systems support services: networking, computer hardware and software. SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Supervisor – Enterprise Network, install and maintain computer operating systems, application software, network sub-systems and audio visual equipment to meet the technology needs of the District; provide technical support to site administrators and resolve District or school site operational issues.
