Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or its equivalent , supplemented by course work or training in the use of computers, secretarial courses, office procedures, and two years of recent secretarial or increasingly responsible office clerical experience required; ability to type 45 words per minute from clear copy.
Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, performs a variety of complex secretarial and clerical duties in support of a major District function; plans and organizes office activities and communications to relieve the supervisor of administrative and clerical details.
