Seeking a Single Subject Credential with ELL Authorization. Preferred experience in Agricultural Biology and Chemistry, with additional knowledge in Plant and Animal Science being advantageous. Coaching proficiency for speaking and CDE teams is required.

The Lassen Union High School District is located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in Susanville, CA, which is approximately 2 hours from Redding, CA or 1.5 hours from Reno, NV.
Beginning the 2024-2025 school year, all new teachers who sign teaching contracts with Lassen Union High School District will be paid a $2,500 signing bonus. After successful completion of the first year, and a signed contract for the second year you will be paid an additional $2,500 for a combined total of $5,000. The District pays $1,333.00 per month towards the benefit package for full-time teachers.
Salary Placement: Effective for new unit members hired for the 2016-2017 school year and thereafter, the District will grant up to a maximum of fifteen (15) years. 15 or more years is step 16.
