White Learning Center serves our students in grades TK-2. ** Castle Rock Elementary School serves our students in grades 3-5. ** Woodlake Valley Middle School serves our students in grades 6-8. ** Woodlake High School serves grades 9-12 students, and the Three Rivers and Seville students join the district. ** Bravo Lake also serves students in grades 9-12 who need an alternative setting. ** Woodlake Community Day School serves students in grades 7-12.

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Superintendent a Middle School/Elementary School Principal is to provide instructional leadership to the staff; ensuring students are engaged in rigorous relevant instruction that will prepare them for success in college and career. This includes coordinating activities and ensuring that outcomes achieve school, district and/or state objectives; managing the workload more efficiently; ensuring standards are achieved and performance is maximized; evaluating situations; solving problems and/or resolving conflicts; providing staff recommendations; maintaining safe and efficient school operations within district guidelines; providing written support and/or conveying information; communicating information and gaining feedback; documenting such actions and adhering to district policies and/or education code; providing district personnel with direction and/or data for decision making; maintaining ongoing community support for educational goals and/or assisting with issues related to school environment; monitoring performance; providing for professional growth and achieving overall objectives of school’s curriculum; and setting standards.
Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: •Valid Clear/Preliminary Administrative Services Credential;•Multiple Subject or Single Subject Credential; •Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience; •Ability to work with a diverse student population; •Ability to provide leadership in curriculum, instruction, and assessment that meet site, District, and Board Goals; •Lead the development of site-level plans and implementation of District/site plans, including LCAP; •Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
