SELECTION PROCESS: Dual Certification Part 1– Training and Experience Evaluation Review; Passing a screening process of the application and supplemental questionnaire. Upon qualifying, you will be sent an email invitation with the date and time for you to participate in Parts 2 & 3. Part 2 – Pass a Technical/General Oral Qualifications Appraisal Interview This will result in the establishment of a Dual Certification eligibility list. Part 3 – The top three ranks on the eligibility list will participate in a final selection interview with the Business Services Department.
