Position Overview: As the Payroll and Benefits Administrator, you will be an integral part of our human resources team, overseeing the administration of payroll processes and employee benefits programs. This role requires a meticulous and detail-oriented professional who is well-versed in payroll compliance, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate records. The Payroll and Benefits Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing employee satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely payroll disbursements, managing comprehensive benefits programs, and fostering a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Leadership: The Payroll & Benefits Administrator will report into the Human Resources Director and will manage the payroll functions and benefits function for multiple state payrolls This role is for a leader who is able to ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local laws/regulations but also provide general HR support Manage bi-weekly full cycle payroll for multiple entities Concisely lead payroll/benefits related communication to the internal/external stakeholders Oversee the review & reconciliation of pre-processing payroll runs which can include collecting time records of hourly employee and assure data accuracy/integrity for each pay period Effectively lead team objectives by evaluating payroll processes and also assist in the training, growth, and management of payroll employees Accurately maintain payroll data such as employee status changes (new hires, terminations, and other changes), direct deposits, garnishments, levies and wage assignments To view the full job description and apply, please visit: https://recruiting.ultipro.com/CON1019ACADE/JobBoard/c2b42121-092c-4125-8209-60593d2c63e0/OpportunityDetail?opportunityId=2b7f6195-d4e9-4381-bb8e-7da50ed6f2c7
