Letter of Intent Resume Credential Transcripts (3) Letters of Recommendation for External Applicants (1) One Letter of Recommendation for Internal Applicants preferably from current Supervisor Education: Any combination equivalent to one or more of the following credentials: 1. Clinical or Rehabilitative Services — Language Speech and Hearing Credential 2. Clinical or Rehabilitative Services — Language Speech and Hearing Credential with Special Class Authorization Certificate of Clinical Competency or California License preferred. Experience: 1. One year of experience as a Speech Pathologist or related experience, including an internship. License: 1. Clinical or Rehabilitative Services — Language Speech and Hearing Credential 2. Clinical or Rehabilitative Services — Language Speech and Hearing Credential with Special Class Authorization 3. Valid California Driver's License
