Daily rate: $160 - $250/day Long-term rate: $180/day (11 consecutive days, retro to 1st day; must be same classroom assignment) $250 Special Rate for Fridays and Professional Development Days*

Teaching credential (minimum 30-day substitute permit) Proof of CBEST (If applicable) Social Security Card State ID Proof of current negative TB test or TB risk assessment
